The Process
This will be different from maker to maker, but this is how my process works!
Information
First of all, you will need to know what you are wanting to be made, and have all of the information before you fill in a quote - what type of suit, a reference sheet of the chosen character, and an idea of a price having looked at my price guide beforehand.
For the reference, I will require a clear and concise digital reference sheet which is either a 2-view or 3-view sheet that shows all of your character, and is Safe For Work.
No genitals on display please.
If you do not have a reference sheet, please let me know and I can be commissioned to make you a reference sheet as well.
Getting a Quote
When I open for quotes, I will be open two weeks before I pick my choices, to give me time to go through the applications and respond to people. If you are only wanting to get an idea of a price to save up, please just look at my website for the prices. Please only apply for a quote if you are actively able to pay if you are picked.

This price will not include shipment - as stated in my ToS each suit is wildly variable in terms of weight and size, I cannot predict how much shipping will be.

If I feel I cannot make your suit, I will tell you via email privately.

Commission Form

When I am open for commissions, I will post another form for this stage on my social media - Commission slots are not first come first serve. Do not rush to fill this in and make a mistake. I will be open for a set number of days before I close and start to put together the quotes to be sent out. Once I have done that, and I have gotten approval back for the quoted price, I will then start my selection process.

Selection Process
Once I am closed for commissions, I will start to pick what fursuit I would like to make. I mostly do this by looking at the design, and if it would work well in my style or not. During this stage, I will announce when I am sending out emails, and when I have sent them out.
It is important that you keep an eye on your email folders, both inbox and spam so you do not miss my email and your chance at getting into my queue.
Once emails have been sent out, the first person to respond will get the first slot, the second the second slot, and so on. From there, once you have responded to my email to confirm your slot interest, I will add you onto my Trello.
Please do not take it personally if I do not pick your design. I get more applications than I have slots available, and each time it is incredibly difficult to pick.

Deposit payment and measurements
Once you have replied to your email and have been placed on my queue, I will discuss with you your payment plan. As stated in my ToS I must have at least 30% of your total costs as a deposit to be able to start buying the materials needed for your suit.

This deposit will not affect your placement on the queue, but it must be paid within 7 business days or I will cancel your commission with me.
Once the deposit has been paid, I will ask if you would prefer for me to contact you via email, or via telegram for sharing updates with you. I will also ask you for measurements depending on the type of commission you have paid for - please refer to it here.
Once those are done, if you aren't at the top of my queue, you just have to wait until it's your turn! You can check my social media as well as my trello for progress updates. I will order in all of the fur fabric at the same time for the queue to save on shipping money and time, so once it is your turn in the queue, I will be able to start with minimal delays.

Making the Fursuit
Once you have done the previous step (Paid your deposit or in full, given me your measurements, shipped your DTD etc) and have reached the top of the queue... I will start to make the fursuit and give daily updates if I am able to! I work on one suit at a time due to the size of my workspace, and I find it easier to focus on one project rather than multiple ones.
I will let you know when I run into delays, and hopefully they will not impact my time too much.
If you have not selected artistic freedom as your commission, please do let me know if I need to change anything along the way on making your character. I want you to be happy with your final product!

Finished suit and Shipping

Once the suit is finished, I will let you know along with some nice photos of the costume together if I am able to. I will pack up your suit (but not enclose the box) to help me get a shipping quote for you. Please bear in mind that these parcels will be insured for the full value, and sent first class with tracking. It's not necessary to let me know when the suit has arrived, but it would be nice to hear from you!
